Residents of the Lewiston-Auborn area we have established a safe zone of Mill Street from 5th to Riverside. We control the bridges into this area and are working at safely expanding the protectorate. We have established an ad hoc government until things return to normal. We realize that this invasion has been hard on everyone. Please make your way to either the South Main Street or Broad Street bridges. Bring supplies, especially guns and ammunition. Our guards are ever vigilant so use caution when approaching the barricades. We welcome all who can help with the cause. We regret that we cannot accept any sick people at this time.

We ran into these jerks too. We got the impression they just wanted to get our young women, andour guns, away fro us.

Ayanna let me assure you that race has nothing to do with any of our border decisions. We are simply trying to be careful. If your neighbors are indeed bitten you will need to isolate them, and be prepared to kill them if need be. We have found that this virus, or whatever it is, causes normally good people to become psychotic murderers. It is important that you protect your family even from other family members.
ReplyDeleteIt is unfortunate that at a time of crisis like this some would feel the need to badmouth our efforts to help. This trial has meant making some really painful decisions, not everyone is up to making those decisions so we have stepped in. I have some experience in survival planning and we are confident that we can hold our protectorate and make it a safe place to await the restoration of our government and the inevitable cure for this disease.
